Eesti rahvusliku raadiosageduste plaani kinnitamine

Teede- ja sideministri 15. detsembri 1997. a. määrus nr. 42

Sideseaduse (RT 1991, 3, 49) § 11 lõike 2 alusel ja kooskõlas Vabariigi Valitsuse 15. detsembri 1992. a. määrusega nr. 338 «Raadiosageduste kasutamise eraldamise korra kinnitamise kohta» (RT 1992, 55, 680) määran:

Kinnitada Eesti rahvuslik raadiosageduste plaan (lisatud).

Eesti rahvuslik raadiosageduste plaan

JUHISED RAHVUSLIKU RAADIOSAGEDUSTE PLAANI KASUTAMISEKS

1. Suurte tähtedega on tabelis tähistatud primaarset kategooriat omav sageduskasutus, mida kaitstakse teistest sageduskasutustest põhjustatud häirete eest.

2. Väikeste tähtedega on tabelis tähistatud sekundaarset kategooriat omav sageduskasutus, mis ei tohi tekitada häireid primaarsele sageduskasutusele ja mida ei kaitsta teistest sageduskasutustest põhjustatud häirete eest.

3. Raadiosagedusala riikliku kasutuse reþiimi tüüp 1 tähistab rahuajal riigikaitselisel otstarbel Elekterside Inspektsiooni kooskõlastuseta eelnevalt kokkulepitud tingimustel sagedusala kasutust kaitseväe poolt.

4. Raadiosagedusala riikliku kasutuse reþiimi tüüp 2 tähistab rahuajal riigikaitselisel otstarbel Elekterside Inspektsiooni kooskõlastusega põhiliselt riigikaitselisel otstarbel kasutatava sagedusala sageduste kasutust kaitseväe poolt.

5. Raadiosagedusala riikliku kasutuse reþiimi tüüp 3 tähistab rahuajal tsiviilotstarbelisel ja riigikaitselisel otstarbel üldises kehtivas korras sagedusala ühist kasutust kaitseväe ja tsiviilkasutajate poolt.
