If you have attempted an Insert operation, a foreign key value in the record to be inserted does not have a corresponding primary key in the referenced file. If you are performing an Update operation, there are two possible causes for this status code: - You are attempting to change the value of a primary key. - You are attempting to change the value of a foreign key to a value that does not exist for the defined primary key. If you have attempted a Delete operation, the Restrict rule is being enforced, and a primary key value in the record you are trying to delete references a foreign key in the referenced file.
