An unrecoverable error has occurred. File integrity cannot be ensured. This error is usually caused by corrupted index pages, so you should be able to recover all your data using getdirect/stepdirect functions to retrieve the physical data pages to be inserted into new file. This error also occurs if you use GetKey bias (+50) when establishing positioning before Get Next Extended (38) operation. In this case function 38 does not work properly, returning either this status code or garbage in data buffer. Don't use GetKey bias to establish positioning for Extended operations.
