Btrieve is unable to allocate the amount of memory needed. This error can occur only on older versions of Btrieve under Windows and is basically a problem with allocating conventional memory for WBTRCALL.DLL which it needs for talking with BREQUEST.EXE. v6.15 finally got rid of BREQUEST.EXE and thus eliminated this error.
